Haleem Ke Kebab Recipe

Haleem is a traditional recipe made with mutton, yellow moong dal, porridge, urad dal, chana dal and spices. It is cooked on low flame and garnished with ghee and fried onions. We have used these same ingredients to make kebabs. To make this kebab, a paste of these ingredients is made into a patty and then it is cooked until it turns golden brown.  दलिया, सफ़ेद उरद दाल, पिली मूंग दाल, चना दाल, मटन, अदरक, लहसुन, नमक, केसर, हरी मिर्च, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, चाट मसाला पाउडर, बेसन, पुदीना, घी   1/4 cup daliya, soaked for 4 hours 1/4 cup white urad dal, whole, soaked for 4 hours 1/4 cup yellow moong dal, split, soaked for 4 hours 1/4 cup chana dal Soak for 4 hours 500 grams mutton, curry cut 2 inches ginger, finely chopped 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped Salt, saffron as per taste, a little 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp chaat masala powder 2 tbsp gram flour mint, a little, finely chopped Ghee, as per use     15   60     To make Haleem Ke Kebab recipe, first of all add oatmeal, chana dal, urad dal, moong dal, mutton, ginger, garlic, salt in a pressure cooker and mix. Add water as per requirement and close the cooker. Cook for 5 to 6 whistles. Lower the flame and cook for 5 more minutes. Turn off the gas and let the pressure release on its own. Open the cooker and take out the mutton pieces from this mixture and keep them separately. Let it cool. After it cools down, take out the mutton from the bone and keep it aside. Now put this mutton mixture in a food processor and grind it to make a paste. Keep it separately. Now heat ghee in a pan. Add saffron, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala powder and mix well. Add cooked dal, mutton and mix. Cook well for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch off the gas and take out this mixture in a bowl. Let it cool. After it cools down, add gram flour and mix well. Apply oil on your hands and make round kebabs from this mixture. Heat a pan.
