Khatta Maga and Moong Recipe is a delicious recipe in which Moong is cooked with curd. This is a Gujarati recipe which is made in every home. Asafoetida and ginger are added to it, which further enhances its taste. It is very easy to make and is also healthy. It is made especially during summers.  हरी मूंग दाल, दही, बेसन, हल्दी पाउडर, हींग, राइ, जीरा, कढ़ी पत्ता, अदरक, हरी मिर्च, तेल, हरा धनिया, नमक   1/2 cup green moong dal, soak for 4 hours 1/2 cup curd 2 tbsp gram flour 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp asafoetida 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp cumin 2 sprigs Curry leaves 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped 2 green chillies, thinly sliced ​​1 tsp oil 2 tbsp green coriander, chopped Salt as per taste     20   45     To make Gujarati Khatta Mag recipe, first put green moong dal in 2 cups of water in a saucepan and cook till it becomes soft. After it becomes soft, throw away the remaining water and keep the moong separately. Now add curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt and 1 cup of water in a bowl and mix well. Take care that there are no lumps in it. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and let the cumin seeds splutter. After the cumin seeds crackle, add green chillies, ginger and cook for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds add curd mixture and moong dal. Mix and let it boil. After boiling, reduce the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve Gujarati Khatta Mag Recipe with Turiya Muthiya Na Shaak and Phulka for lunch.
