Foxtail Millet Paruppu Adai With Keerai Recipe

Add some water and grind well. Take out in a bowl. Now add soaked dal, red chilli, fennel, some water in the same mixer grinder and grind it. Mix this also in the bowl. Add salt to this mixture and mix well. Adai mixture is ready. Now add finely chopped spinach, green chillies to this mixture and mix well. Now heat a pan. Put some oil on it. Add one tablespoon of adai mixture and spread it round like a dosa. Pour oil all around and cook until cooked well on both sides. Similarly prepare the remaining Adai also.
