Cucumber Mor Kuzhambu (Recipe In Hindi)

Cucumber Mor Kolamb is a delicious curry that can be served with rice. Soft cucumbers are cooked in narityaal and mustard gravy. Along with this, everyday spices are used in it. You can also use face pumpkin instead of cucumber.  Cucumber, Coconut, Ginger, Mustard, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Coriander, Hung Curd, Salt   3 cucumber, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup coconut 1 inch ginger, chopped 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 4 green chillies, chopped 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 5 sprigs of green coriander 2 tablespoons hung curd Salt as per taste     15   20     To make Cucumber Mor Colomb, first cut the cucumber into pieces. Now put it in a saucepan with 1/2 cup water and salt and cook until it becomes soft. Now put coconut, ginger, green chillies, mustard seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder in a mixer grinder and make a paste. Add some water to it and grind it again. Add this paste to cucumber and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt, curd and mix. Serve hot. Serve Cucumber Mor Kolamb with rice and Beetroot Thoran for lunch.
