Cuban Black Bean Salad Recipe

The Cuban Black Bean Salad Recipe is a sweet and sour salad made from cooked black beans, crunchy sweet corn, bell peppers that is tossed in mojo sauce. The mojo sauce dressing is a delicious combination of herbs, orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil.
