Corn And Peas Curry Recipe

Corn and Peas Curry Recipe is a simple recipe that you can make for your daily meal. The spices in this gravy are roasted and ground. Ginger, onion and garlic are also used in it which makes it even more delicious.  कॉर्न कोब, नमक, पानी, जीरा, धनिये के बीज, सुखी लाल मिर्च, तेल, लहसुन, अदरक, प्याज, नारियल, तेल, राइ, कढ़ी पत्ता, टमाटर प्यूरी, नमक, हल्दी पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हरे मटर   Cook the corn: 2 corn cobs, cut into round pieces of 1 inch Salt, as per taste Water, as per use For gravy 2 teaspoons cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander seeds 5 dry red chillies 2 teaspoons oil 6 cloves garlic 1 inch Ginger 2 onions, cut thin and straight 2 tbsp coconut, grated 2 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard 2 sprigs curry leaves 1/2 cup tomato puree Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 cup green peas     15   40     To make Corn and Peas Curry Recipe, first of all we will cook the corn. Put corn with salt and water in a pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles. Turn off the gas and let the pressure release on its own. After the pressure releases, open the cooker, drain the water and keep it aside. After it cools down, cut it into circles from the middle. Now heat a pan to make gravy. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dried red chillies and fry well for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and let this mixture cool down. Keep it aside. Now heat oil in another pan. Add garlic, ginger, onion and cook until onion becomes soft and brown. Now add coconut to it and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the gas and let this mixture cool down. Now add roasted spices, garlic onion ginger mixture in a mixer grinder, some water and grind it to make a paste. Keep it separately. Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let it splutter. After crackling, add tomato puree to it and let it boil. After boiling, add ground onion masala and cook for 1 minute. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. After 2 minutes, add boiled corn, water as per requirement, peas, cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Switch off the gas and serve. Serve Corn and Peas Curry Recipe with Lachha Paratha and Lauki Raita for lunch.
