Cheesy Baked Ziti Pasta Recipe with Roasted Mushroom & Corn

Cheesy Baked Ziti Pasta Recipe with Roasted Mushroom & Corn, is a baked pasta dish.  Ziti is a tube like pasta similar to that of penne, however siti has no ridges on the outer surface and the edges are cut flat at 180 degrees unlike penne which are angularly cut.   Ziti Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Button mushrooms, Del Monte Whole Corn Kernels, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil leaves, Garlic, Onion, Red Chilli flakes, Salt, Sugar, Black pepper powder, Rosemary, Homemade tomato puree, Mozzarella cheese   2 cups Ziti Pasta For the roasted vegetables 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 12 Button mushrooms 1/2 cup Del Monte Whole Corn Kernels Salt , to taste For the pasta sauce 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 Basil leaves , torn 6 cloves Garlic , finely chopped 1 Onion , finely chopped 2 teaspoons Red Chilli flakes Salt , to taste 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 sprig Rosemary 1/2 cup Homemade tomato puree 1 cup Mozzarella cheese , shredded     10   40     To begin making the Cheesy Baked Ziti Pasta Recipe with Roasted Mushroom & Corn, we will first cook the ziti pasta. In a saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil. Once the water has boiled, add a teaspoon of salt.Add the ziti pasta to the boiling water and let it cook in the boiling water until it is al dente. This process should take a good 12-15 minutes.Once the pasta has cooked, drain the water and run the cooked ziti pasta under running water to stop the cooking process.Drizzle some oil on top of ziti pasta and make sure to coat all of the pasta with the oil so that the pasta doesn’t stick to each other.
