Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice Recipe

Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice Recipe, is a lip smacking stir fried rice, tossed along with mushrooms, and flavoured with golden fried garlic, that instantly lifts up the dish.   Cooked rice, Oil, Button mushrooms, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Carrot (Gajjar), Spring Onion Greens, Salt, Black pepper powder, Schezwan sauce, Vinegar, Soy sauce, Garlic   2 cups Cooked rice 2 teaspoons Oil 2 cups Button mushrooms , cut into quarters  1 tablespoon Garlic , finely chopped  1 Onion , finely chopped  2 inch Ginger , finely chopped  2 Green Chilli , finely chopped  1 Carrot (Gajjar) , finely chopped  1/2 cup Spring Onion Greens Salt , to taste  1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce 4 cloves Garlic , cut lengthwise for garnish     15   20     To begin making the Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice Recipe, heat oil in a skillet on medium flame, add the garlic and saute until it turns into a deep brown colour. This will take 2-3 minutes. To this skillet add ginger and onions and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. At this stage add the mushrooms, green chilli, carrots, vinegar and soy sauce and mix well. Cook until the water from the mushrooms dry out. Once the mushrooms and carrots are cooked, add in the salt, pepper and Schezwan sauce until well combined. Finally add in the rice and spring onion greens and gently toss the Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice. Turn off the flame. Transfer the Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice to a serving platter and serve hot. To garnish, heat a tadka pan with a few drops of oil on medium flame, and add the garlic that has been cut lengthwise and fry until it attains aa golden brown colour.
