Bhabhara or Bharabhara is a cheela made of gram flour and peas which is called Bhabhara in Bihar. When peas are available in abundance in the winter season, you can make this cheela and eat it in the evening. Green peas, gram flour, onion, green chilli, ginger, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, oil 2/3 cup green peas 2 cups gram flour 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon green chillies, finely chopped 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder Salt as per taste Oil as per usage 10 30 To make Bihari Green Pea Bharbhara, first of all add gram flour, onion, green chilli, ginger, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix it by adding water as required. Keep this mixture slightly thick. Spread it on the pan so that it is spread. Keep the non-stick pan heated on gas. Spread the mixture on the pan. Keep in mind that if the pan is not fully heated, the Bhabhra will stick to the pan. Spread the Bhabhra on the pan and reduce the flame. On low flame, add oil to the Bhabhra and cook till it turns brown from both the sides. Cook on both sides and serve. Serve Bihari green peas bharbhara with coriander mint chutney and masala tea.
