Bhindi Tomato Sabzi Recipe

Bhindi Tomato Sabzi is an easy recipe in which panch phoron masala is used. 5 different spices are used to make Panch Phoran Masala which is used in North India. Radhuni seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella, fennel and cumin are used in Panch Phoran.  भिंडी, टमाटर, पंच फोरन मसाला , लहसुन, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर, नमक, तेल   500 grams Ladyfinger, cut lengthwise 300 grams Tomato, finely chopped 1 tsp Punch Foran Masala 4 cloves Garlic, minced 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder Salt, as per taste 1 tablespoon oil, as per use     10   30     To make Bhindi Tomato Sabzi Recipe, first prepare all the ingredients and keep them aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add ladyfinger, salt and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. After the ladyfinger is cooked, turn off the gas and keep it aside. Now heat some more oil in the same pan. Add garlic, panch phoron masala, tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. After 1 minute, add ladyfinger and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Once done, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Bhindi Tomato Sabzi Recipe with Chholar Dal, rice and papad for lunch.
