Bell Pepper & Parsley Rice Recipe

Bell Pepper and Parsley Rice Recipe is a very simple recipe that you can make with any continental dish. Garlic, onion and rosemary are used in this. Now add garlic to it and cook for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds add onion to it and cook until onion becomes soft. This will take at least 2 minutes. Now add salt, rosemary, rice, 2 cups of water, mix and close the pressure cooker. Cook till 2 whistles and turn off the gas. Let the pressure release on its own. Open the cooker and let the rice cool down a bit. Now heat olive oil in a pan. Add red chilli flakes, all three capsicum – red, green and yellow, salt and mix. Let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add mixed herbs and mix. Add this mixture to the rice along with parsley and mix well. Serve.
