Apple Upside Down Cake Recipe

Apple Upside Down Cake Recipe is a delicious cake perfect for parties to be served as a show stopper or for any gatherings and can be served with a scoop of ice cream. This recipe is easier to prepare than it appears. The tricky part is caramelising the apples in the pan and once that is done, this upside down cake is very simple and easy. You need to melt butter and sugar in a saucepan and then pour on the prepared cake pan. Then arrange the apple slices and brush with butter.
