Aluchi Bhaji Recipe is a Maharashtrian curry that uses taro leaves. Onion and garlic are not used in it, so you can make it for your festival food also. You can also make it with puri and raita for any special occasion.  अरबी, मूंगफली, चना दाल, तेल, जीरा, राइ, हींग, सूखा नारियल, अमचूर, हल्दी पाउडर, गुड़, हरी मिर्च, नमक   50 grams taro leaves, finely chopped 1/4 cup peanuts, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes 2 tbsp chana dal, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin 1 /2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp asafoetida 7 dry coconut, cut thinly 1 tsp dry mango powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp jaggery, grind 2 green chillies, cut straight and thin Salt as per taste     10   20     To make Aluchi Bhaji recipe, first prepare all the ingredients and keep them separately. Soak chana dal for 1 hour. Now put gram dal, peanuts, salt, 1/4 cup water in a pressure cooker and cook till 3 to 4 whistles. Turn off the gas and let the pressure release on its own. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and cook till it crackles. Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies, taro leaves, dry mango powder, jaggery, salt, coconut and mix well. Cook till the arbi leaves are cooked. Now add the gram dal and peanut mixture, mix and let it boil. Once it starts boiling, turn off the gas and serve. Serve Aluchi Bhaji recipe with Ajwain Puri, Boondi Raita and Atta Halwa for lunch.
