Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe

Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe is a tasty twist to the normal pasta sauce which we usually make it white or tomato based sauce. The sauce is quick to make and can be made kept for at least 3 days. The sauce can be tossed with any type of pasta like fusilli, penne, spaghetti and more. You can also add in some vegetables or meat to give in extra flavor.  Spinach, Basil leaves, Garlic, Milk, Salt   2 cup Spinach , washed thoroughly and chopped 2 sprig Basil leaves 6 cloves Garlic 1/2 cup Milk Salt , to taste     5   10     We begin making the Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce Recipe by washing the spinach thoroughly and chop them big, add it in a pressure along with basil leaves, salt and water.Pressure cook it for 1 whistle and let the pressure release naturally.Keep some water and strain the rest, in a mixer add the boiled leaves and the rest of the ingredient and grind it into a smooth paste.Transfer it into an air tight container and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Serve the Spinach and Basil Pasta Sauce can be added to Spinach and Basil Pasta with Cherry Tomato Recipe.
