Cabbage Tomato Sabzi (Recipe In Hindi)

Cabbage curry is a simple vegetable which can be prepared in less time. In this vegetable, cabbage is cooked with everyday spices. You can also pack cabbage vegetable in your lunch box.  पत्ता गोभी, टमाटर, हल्दी पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, तेल, राइ, जीरा, हरा धनिया   300 grams cabbage, cut thinly 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt, as per taste Red chilli powder, as per taste 1 teaspoon oil 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon cumin 4 sprigs coriander, chopped (for garnish)     10   15     To make cabbage curry, first heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, add tomatoes and cook until they become soft. After the tomatoes become soft, add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix. Add cabbage to it and add some water. Mix and cook in cooker till 2 whistles. After 2 whistles, turn off the gas and let the pressure release. Open the cooker, mix and garnish with green coriander. Serve cabbage curry with panchmel dal and phulka for lunch.
